Colington Pointe
A mixed use

homes on Colington
Island in Dare County,
Colington Pointe is a
33,000 gallons per day
Bioclere™ by
AquaPoint installation
that was designed by
Albemarle
Engineering. The
Bioclere™ unit has a
sand filter and an on-
site back-up generator
system and utilizes
Stay Right precast
tanks.

Nags Head Inn
Here we faced a
unique challenge. We
faced time restraints on
the installation of a new
Bioclere™ system
because we had to
remove the old,
existing system and get
the new Bioclere™
system installed quickly
in order to reduce the
hotel’s downtime during
installation. The
system was designed
by Albemarle
Engineering, and the
hotel management was
very happy that we
were able to
accomplish the change-
over in less time than
expected.

This Pharmaceutical
Research Facility is
located in the rural
setting of Angier, NC,
south of Raleigh. The
company needed an
expanded facility while
facing neighbor
concerns about
groundwater (well)
contamination. With
the help of Mr. John
Salm of J.W. Salm
Engineering and Pat
Kramer of Aeration
Products, we were able
to design, permit,
manufacture and
install a biological
nutrient removal plant
that serves the
customer while
alleviating neighboring
concerns.
